Yep, that's what confused me, I didn't realise there was a 'Spurs version' and I'd been posting on the 'Sunderland' version. Very odd. Putting my realist head on, I would have to say that if we get anything out of this game it would be an unexpected bonus....But, as a certain footballer once said..."It's a funny old game"....
Dalglish complained about the ref in their Stoke game and the next week he played us, had 2 players sent off and lost 4-0 so perhaps Redknapp won't be getting any sympathy. Also, there are two versions as you can't have a cross board thread that's an article(I think) and since 6061's match threads usually make articles it makes sense to make a seperate crossboard one. As I've said, I think we should win but I expect you to set up to frustrate us. City aside, we've been very good at home this season and whilst I think you've got some good players I can't see you getting anything from us unless you get men behind the ball.

Didn`t we play Spurs once not so long back as the first game of the season - early kick off and we won at their place - sure we did as remember being top of the premier league!! Didn`t last long like! Happy days
That was my last full day living in Cyprus and our very first game back in the Prem. I remember sat in a pub outnumbered ten to one by Spurs fans when this little runt said to his mate "Spurs have to win this, they are ****e". A couple of hours later and I was stood on a table singing "We are top of the league". Nowt to do with beer mind. Said runt turned out to be a canny lad and bought me a beer.
Mrs Cyprus called me worse that day. Apparently, getting sheded when there's packing to do is not the way forward. Bloody selfish cow.
