I’d be disappointed if he went to Bournemouth

We're not going to authorise a loan.

Not with the contract situation after this year. Also a loan gives us no benefits. He isn’t a particularly high earner and we are better with him than without.

Edit: Though as Tom has just made the statement, I fully expect a loan now.

We might if there was a significant loan fee and the rest covered with an obligation.

Very, very unlikely. We want a sale with a sell on clause. Unless the loan terms are extremely in our favour I simply cannot see it happening.

Yeah, loaning out any of the better players still here seems unlikely to me too.

That might change if a player goes into full toys out of the pram mode but neither Fernandes nor Dibling seem the type to do that. Maybe they could be convinced to do it passively - stay at home while their agent leaks stories or releases stroppy statements on their behalf. We'll see.

A loan with an obligation is essentially a sale, just with delayed receipt of payment - you could still have a sell on inserted too.

It would just depend on what years we would want the revenue to fall into our accounts, and how that would impact PSR, as to whether we would be willing to do that.

Have Leipzig spent all of the Sesko cash yet? Maybe they want to do lots of business with Sport Republic and take Romulo Cruz from Goztepe and Tyler Dibling from Saints...

Yes - exactly this. I wouldn't rule it out on principle.

Don't think he will but why?

I'm not arsed where he goes tbh.

I had a suspicion that Dibling could be a target for Bournemouth who must be feeling flush at the moment. However , I do feel that Bournemouth are going to get relegated and not convinced it will be a good result.

Bournemouth aren't going down. Feel Brentford and Wolves are more vulnerable from the established clubs.

In fact, Bournemouth would be a great place for us to sell him. They are more than happy selling players on at good prices so the chance of a sell on generating revenue for us in a few years is pretty good.

Think they'll be fine as long as they keep their manager.

Frustrating that several PL sides look a lot weaker than they did last summer when we were promoted.

Not that it would have made that much difference with how **** we were, but this year the promoted sides I think will have a much better chance of staying up. Quite a few mid-to-lower table teams being weakened quite a bit, eg Brentford, Bournemouth, Wolves.

Living in Bournemouth (in fact working in sight of their shed) you would understand why!

Classic Chansiri. Suggest this is why we never got anywhere with Rohl - the ****er doesn't answer his phone.
