I’m gonna have first full set since 1992. Wonder how long Hummel can continue this relentless perfection. Was bang against the home when it came out out but then you seen it on the lads and it’s genuinely superb. I don’t even wear the buggars other than dog walking but I think they are going to be for memories of where something started for us. Past years home and Wembley kits will never be forgotten. I’ve worn the blue more than I’ve worn a kit for about 20 years on its 3rd wash already.
I only wear the kit to matches. Going to get last years framed and put them up in my office. Like you rightly said it memories and with all that happened in May for the club and me personally having them on display will always bring emotions back.
I don’t wear them to the match cos tend to be out for a bit before and after so I generally wear a polo. I generally get a bunch of training gear that I wear to death like as comfies /gym gear. I’ve been in Sunderland a bit over this last week and the shirts are everywhere, great to see the buzz is back.
I work with a Polish lad and his words this morning..... "**** me, have you seen your new black top, WOW. Broke the Internet in Poland man, thats the best shirt ive ever seen". Think he likes it.
I work with a guy who collects classic tops, he brought the home and white away one from last season, he said he's going to buy the blue n black kits this season Says we've totally nailed them
Stunning kit that. Have a look at the very similar Flamengo one, arguably better. I got last seasons Roma home was a beauty.
The Mrs hand washed my new home top yesterday and said loads of red dye came out. Anyone else hand washed yet?
