Can anyone remember what the instructions were again for switching over from ticket master to our current system
go to your account put your customer number in then hit forgot password and they will email you a link to set your password
Cheers marra, it’s for my oldest son who can’t remember his customer ID number who is trying to attain my other son’s season card for the West Ham game because since the change of ticket master we didn’t update our group account for easy forwarding of tickets and to reset everything he needs his customers ID
if son searches his emails looks for skidata his customer ID will be on there from any ticket he purchased from ticketmaster last season
