One of my old houses had transitional vulnerability in the half-space corridors. Ended up needing to pull the whole thing down due to it. Just couldn't be fixed.

I genuinely have no idea what transitional vulnerability means let alone what a half space corridors are

<laugh>Hello,I'm Gladys, your AI guru. As you are in a European location, and we know what specific address you're communicating from, even though we will never disclose it,(and we are insured against hacking),do you mean "aren't" instead of "ain't"? When you say "us" do you mean people you are with presently, your ethnic group and general profile,or the the rest of human-kind in general? We aren't trying to fool you as we know your qualifications and your work history, together with your personal life details, and you have no below par record with any authority.
Can we help you with anything else today?:emoticon-0105-wink:

Should've had Bobby Saxton in there, he only had three phrases ...

    • Get the f*cking thing up the pitch!
    • Get yer f*cking foot in!
    • Get yer f*cking foot in yer soft c**t!

Few new options for pre match drinks, probably squeeze into the fans museum as usual

Sheepfolds will need to get some pop up barrels for cans and that on, the service isnt quick in there and its always a single file queue out the door

<laugh> Yes,but we would still have needed the interpreters....definately including what might be described as Sacko's English!!<laugh> Can you imagine Sacko getting that over to the French,Spanish,Italian speakers. You and I from the pit villages and steel town in North West Durham might have done ok........but...for those poor lads...no chance!!<doh>

I've never clicked on the 'Match Day Poll' but it'll be interesting this time.

If it's anything other than '100% home win' I'll be surprised tbh, even taking away my natural optimism.

West Ham are often slightly better away from home but in the last full season they managed 11 wins from 38 games ...

... that's pretty much what we'll be aiming for.

Basically anyone believing Sunderland will lose or draw, as a prelude to the whole season, will be in for a miserable time imo.

Extrapolated over the season, taking into consideration West Ham's form, recent form, etc, it would mean we're starting out in a relegation pattern.

If we can't beat West Ham at home, you could estimate we won't beat anyone else who finished higher than 14th.

From memory I think West Ham finished the season with two wins in the last dozen games and one was against Ipswich on the last day.

Realistically, if we can't win a home game, against a team that finished the season so poorly, we're screwed.

So, 2-0 to the Lads and back into town to celebrate <cheers> <cheers> <cheers>

Speaking of happy Sunderland vs West Ham memories, mine will always be Andy Reid’s volley in the 96th minute to win 2-1 under Keane (2008 I think?).

Remember queuing on the steps to get out next to our seats when that went in and ending up getting carried about 10 steps further down when everyone jumped up.
