Howes own words where he doesn’t want players who don’t want to play. Hes also said that he can’t have Isak in and among the players while his stance is what it is. This means Isak has likely said that he does not want to play for us again. Howe said he has an ideal situation but we don’t know what that is. Howes very good at deflecting. That’s a good thing. But you’re right the club itself has not said anything publicly. It’s all just got a bit Silly now. That’s why I’m relaxed about the Isak situation.
It's clear that Isak went all in just before Celtic and we'd be in denial at this point to think otherwise. Isak has ****housed the club and whether he's capable of changing his mind and having any remorse is another question. The situation is now beyond the player and about the club and what rolling over would tell other players and football in it's entirity. If Newcastle make a stand it's good for the sport. The yanks again this.
I can sense the premier league thinking up some more illegal rules to ensure that players can appeal to a court if they are blocked leaving to a big six club. Just imagine. Liverpool offer £110m. We want £150m so the PL independently agree a fee of £130m so that the big six always get their players.
I wonder if the reports of Isak yesterday were true ie integrate etc and the news this morning was his agent with his mouthpieces going solo just to line their own pockets without consulting Isak
The thing that is throwing me is that the agents fee will be linked to the transfer fee. So it would be in their best interest to get Liverpool to up the offer. Unless of course Liverpool have agreed a fee with the agent already to do anything it takes to get Isak out. Something utterly stinks about this.
Said yesterday - I'd sell him regardless as I don't think he's going to perform this season even if he agreed to stay, but if he want's to **** around, let him find out. Literally can have him sit there in the reserves and just not register him. Unlikely as it doesn't make good business sense to allow a £120-150m asset just waste away to £0 but would be brilliant of the club to just banish him to the u21's for three years.
Probably the players union more accurately. There's clubs and there's players.... The fans and their emotional attachments are actually irrelevant.
Here we go again. Another player who wants to join a big six club at the detriment to the club Brighton. https://www.footballtransfers.com/e...os-baleba-brighton-hove-albion-personal-terms
That’s coming. Legal action brought from Isak saying we are restricting his ability to double or even triple his salary. I genuinely think the only way this is settled is in a courtroom. Or at least it being threatened.
Not sure what the complaint is? Players want to get to the top... If he wants to go and Man United meet the valuation what's the complaint?
The disrespect towards Brighton. Manu have contacted the player without Brightons consent. Brighton have stated he is not for sale. So Manu shouldn’t be in contact with their player. This report is suggesting they have agreed payment terms. Players should be made to honour contracts they have signed.
Some good news guys Brentfords move for the Bournemouth player has failed so Wissa deal in jeopardy.. I don't care tbh
Actually I'm not sure how that all works but it appears that players agree conditions before the bids go in.
Clubs are meant to give permission to the buying club to discuss contract terms. Without this it’s meant to be classed as Tapping up.
