He was loads better second half but thought he looked rattled massively after the penalty and just lost all composure. Don't think it's particularly anything to worry about but I saw him as the weak link of the defence in that first half. Quarshie looks very comfortable on the ball and is very athletic but looks extremely raw and like you say seems to have a few mistakes in him. Hopefully will improve the more he plays.
You can see there’s plenty of potential there tho. He’s a real unit & once he becomes settled in the team / squad & adapts to this tier, I can see him being a bit of a wonderkid. Well done Spors.
Absolutely. With a couple of brief exceptional periods Saints have always been a bit crap. It’s why I love them because when something good happens it’s like birthday and Christmas rolled into one! Enjoy Saints scoring late rather than being on the receiving end.
North Wales is fabulous. The coast and the mountains are glorious, and the people warm and friendly. But Wrexham is horrible. Like Welsh wannabe scousers.
Haha I quite liked it. A bit rough round the edges but I don't mind that. Some cracking old school dog rough boozers which I'm a big fan of. Didn't have any problems either.
How McLean gets away with a red card is beyond me. The tackle was a yellow, and the push should have been the 2nd yellow
Thought it was really interesting on the pod, what Glen was saying about our warm-ups being so much more intense and focused as well. Good stuff all round. I do like the cut of Still's jib.
