If we got money, it goes in to the pot for us to spend. As for Monteiro himself. He is decent. Probably not ready for us for 3 or 4 years and maybe never will be but I think he'll go on and be a success in Portugal. Scored a few important goals for our u21s last season.
If we get money for him or anyone it’ll be a miracle. How many players do we actually manage to sell. Almost none I’d suggest and some that’ll even cost us money to move on this time
Meslier on way out at last https://x.com/juan_martinez37/status/1955354878588621195?s=46&t=xSZiK2Vhq9NQTsfPGBk7mQ
Josh Sargent has scored two in two already this season. Just breaking you guys in gently for the impending signing in a couple of weeks.
https://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co...d-transfer-news-dominic-calvert-lewin-5269576 Stay fit MF, and we may be ok with it.... Replacing an injury prone striker with another one is shocking and reeks of desparation.
Farke was seen talking to Noah Okafor after the game in Dublin. The pair were talking for 5 minutes or so. This one getting more real by the day.
I really like Okafor. He's a good player. Can play left, right or even up front. His injury record looks fairly decent compared to Bornauw, DCL, Solomon, Bamford. There are genuine reports that Michail Antonio has been at Thorp Arch too. You found the like button.
If it’s true re Okafor I’m not sure what we’re trying to do as that gives us Okafor, Gnoto, Harrison & Ramazani on the left but only James on the right. Assume we’d deploy at least one of those on the right and get rid of another. Not sure i can see us getting another ST with DCL coming in, maybe we were looking at Antonio prior to DCL coming in. I do rate Antonio but no idea whether he’d be the same player after his accident and he was always quite injury prone too. I hope what we’re trying works because I am slightly worried about our attack. Which is a shame because I think our midfield and defence seem pretty solid.
Okafor, Gnonto, James and Ramazani are all right footed so can play on the right side if needed. Last season we left James wide on the right but wanted our left side to be slightly inverted with Firpo staying wide. Guess we will have to wait and see.
Ramazani could still be off to rangers which is madness. I think hes worth chucking on if we are chasing a goal and as things stand we haven't got many goal threats as it is
I did a sponsored like day yesterday for charity. Normal service will be resumed. Okafor seems to have had lots of soft muscle injuries over the last few years. I've genuinely seen barely anything of him so haven't formed an opinion on him playing wise.
Maybe we’re the club that’s got Kalimuendo 'Kalimuendo set for Premier League move in coming days' Rennes have accepted a €30m offer from a Premier League club for Arnaud Kalimuendo, report L'Equipe. Both Brentford and Nottingham Forest have a reported interest in the 23-year-old forward. The club Rennes have accepted a bid from has not been revealed, but the French newspaper say Kalimuendo - a former France U21 international - has already agreed a contract and "will likely no longer be a Rennes player in the coming days." please log in to view this image
