Kristers Tobers from Aberdeen is supposedly signing today. Another CB to go with the City loanee. Sounds rubbish and false but you never know...
George Ravelli's twitter account has 66 followers. The Aberdeen supporters think that this report is rubbish because Kristers Tobers is injured at the moment. He only joined Aberdeen in January 2025 for £800,000 so the club would make just £200,000 profit if they are selling him now for £1 million. I noticed that he is also a right-footed central defender and I suspect that Watford would prefer to sign a left-footed central defender, although Max Alleyne is ambidextrous. Kristers Tobers has had injury problems (as Markthehorn mentions) and he has not played a great deal at Aberdeen so perhaps he would fit in well at Watford.

Udinese are potentially signing Lennon Miller from Motherwell . Very highly rated and be a good option in midfield to have .
Mind you : Chakvetadze has made 78 appearances for Watford - who began the new season with a 1-0 defeat by Charlton Athletic - and has scored three goals.
True . Maybe a box to box midfielder which we lack or seem to rely on Sissoko being at 37? I think Miller would be more attacking but is only 18 and we have our own young lads like that . I guess Dwomoh would be a good option in midfield but he is regularly injured unfortunately.
All the best to him - I suspect he'll be glad to get away from poisonous fans, not to mention a thankless club.
Alas. All a bit sad, though he does seem.to have issues? Can be more than a bit hotheaded on occasion! Absolutely disastrous for a keeper, everything we do is exposed.

The midfielder, who is being lined up, is Sandi Lovric (27 year old Slovenian international) from Udinese. Surprisingly not one of their cast offs because he played the fourth-most Serie A minutes for Udinese last season and has played regularly for them during the past three seasons. A box-to-box midfielder and certainly a better option than Oier Zarraga.
