Liverpool and all the media tossers can cry all season. Isak is more than capable of changing his mind once the dust settles... It's not their problem, but they'll make out like it's bad ownership simply because it's not the outcome they want. **** them all.
I have to agree. I am very impressed with the size of the clubs balls right now. I admit. I think I might have been wrong. The club are doing this right and proper. Isak has ****ed up and unless he says sorry and plays for us this season he’s going to see what the Saudis (nufc) are about.
Newcastle can't just take it up the arse... This is actually an opportunity..., it's the opportunity to let the entire ****ing world know not to **** with them because it won't work. Thiaw btw. Landed him for half the price quoted last time.. I might have to correct the recruitment stuff.. That shows why you low ball them..
The conundrum with Isak is this, let him go this year for a big profit. If pool offered £110 initially we can probably eek that out to £120-130m, let’s say any more would be a bonus for an un happy player but we’d have doubled our money in 2.5 years. Keep him another year and we can probably get £80-100m for him with two years remaining on his contract, so still decent profit but if it’s the lower end of the scale your talking 40-50m less than what we could get this summer which is another Bruno/Tonali signing but still with some degree of control over the situation - but that is depending on how he performs this year - could stink the join out and we’d be looking to cut our cloth on selling him next summer. After that we risk a rapidly devaluing asset that could be sulking and potentially leaving for free in 12 months while picking up big wages in our current wage structure. Hate to say it but I think the smart move is to sell now (maybe January) and get the most we can for him and reinvest sensibly and quickly!
Alexander and his agent might be well advised to avoid any areas that has a Saudi Arabian Embassy in it's vicinity
Do you think he had the character. Because I think the players have laid into him and he’s an outcast. That’s the reason Howe is sayin he can’t train with the first team.
Btw you keep Isak a year and if apt2 does our way the money is immaterial potentially. Seriously why are so many determined to just roll over and be the same **** club.
I don't know but it's beyond the player where I'm coming from. That said people can make decisions other people don't like.. It doesn't mean they're a bad person. **** Liverpool **** Isak and **** what they all say.. They might not like you for it, but they'll respect you in the end.
I think there is a world here where Isak has no options. I don’t think Liverpool are coming back with upwards of 150m. I also don’t think European clubs have the money. So he’s basically **** in his own bed. If the club play this right we could end up with him coming back with tail between his legs and we also get Wissa. And Wissa would challenge Isak for the first team. So I would put Isak on the bench for a lot of the games.
The ****ers are all going to realise Newcastle aren't here to take it up the arse if they don't sell him. They might not admit that and say things like it's a bad move etc, but deep down they'll be gutted and aware that Newcastle are a serious club now. You have to remember that each and every one of these arseholes is desperate to see Isak sold, so nothing they say should be taken on board.
I m very relaxed about the Isak situation. I think we will get our defender and striker and maybe even a midfielder. And this window becomes good. Then the club sorts itself out while Isak sits out for a long time. You’re right he needs to play for the World Cup. He will likely sack off his agent and blame him.
He might just stay in a strop or he might have a change of heart and just miss the buzz of playing..people talk **** in the media. For me it's about the bigger picture and the wider implications of giving into player power.
