Always laugh when I see deflection tactics like this. Find one guy and post it because that’s the same. He’s a wrongun, but unfortunately, he’s our wrongun, so our problem. Jail the **** for life, hang him, throw him to a baying mob. Nobody will care. The ****s that are coming and committing crime aren’t our problem, as you’re showing here, we’ll have enough to deal with without the extra sick ****ers that are entering the UK.
It’s not a waste of police resources, time or money. The police are there to literally uphold the law. These people are breaking the law so the police are dealing with the stupid ****s. You should be angry with the protestors for knowingly breaking the law and tying up all the police resources meaning they’ll not be able to attend to other crimes and victims elsewhere. Horrible selfish ****ers. They’re sympathising with a terrorist outfit and you’re sympathising with them.
Nothing will change until it’s not used as a political football. Although I laugh at Sucky’s “let’s machine gun them”, my view is that it should be considered a threat to national security and it needs to have a cross party team, along with the relevant security services, set up to deal with it.
The law is wrong on this one. Palestine action aren’t a terrorist outfit and as mentioned before there are already laws to deal with criminal damage and criminal trespass
People calling for protest groups to be labelled at terrorist groups and wanting the humans rights act to be ditched are playing right into the hands of people who would happily impose a authoritarian state it makes me laugh that a lot of the people who call themselves truth seekers and freedom fighters are being played and they can’t even see it. Thats not aimed at anybody on here, just a general observation that I see when people mistrust govt, but at the same time play into the hands of authoritarianism
I was in London yesterday and I witnessed a huge police presence, from the sign written vans dispatched from all over the country, but didn’t see any arrests?
They're making a statement ... and it's working, to an extent ... it is highlighting the 'proscription' of this particular group as a terrorist organisation as rather riduculous ... they are no more terrorists than the 'Just Stop Oil' group ... there is also a distinct whiff of hypocrisy in this particular Government when it is arresting these types of people protesting against genocide whilst publicly stating that it is contemplating recognition of a Palestinian state, of which Gaza would be part, with the end of occupation and killings as the prime objective ... Mind you ...hypocrisy is not confined to Government... I doubt anybody that's been complaining about Lucy Connollys arrest and sentencing for her 'hurty words' will be up in arms complaining at these arrests for 'hurty placards' ...
That’s just your opinion mate and with respect it doesn’t matter what anyone believes. If everyone just starts disregarding the laws that they believe are wrong, then we become an anarchy state. They’re knowingly breaking the law and tying up police resources so they’ll not be able to attend to crimes and victims elsewhere. **** them, they’re getting what they deserve.
Police have arrested 474 people at a demonstration in London in support of banned group Palestine Action. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c8de6rq37v5o
Firstly, proscription. Prescription is for your viagra, cholesterol medication etc. And it’s a group that has committed violent acts of terrorism. Not on the scale of the Taliban, Hamas or even IRA obviously so we’re talking League Two terrorists but terrorists nonetheless. It’s a badge of honour to these people to get arrested as their lives won’t be seriously affected and the punishment, if any, will be minor. Freedom fighting but with a luxury, middle class twist and not actually helping anyone have freedom but it makes for good conversation at the next vegan literature soirée.
Violent? ... was anybody hurt? ... if you are against violent acts of terrorism you should be appalled at the state sponsored terrorism taking place in Gaza ... strangely, you are not ...
Paintballing mate ... at squaddies in the queue for the canteen ... similar to what's happening with food queues in Gaza but with less fatalities... CK will be on in a minute crying that nobody is mentioning the carnage at the KFC drive-through in Khartoum...
How many mate? ... perhaps do it as a percentage of those hurt in Gaza as CK will want to know the differential...
