He isn’t as of right now , that’s why he’s with the group today. They will be the subs that are getting 90 mins to be fresh
Probably mentioned earlier but https://www.skysports.com/football/...udi-pro-league-club-in-deal-worth-up-to-56-6m More Liverpool funds…
The issue is that the original person, who asked the agent if Le Fée was leaving, has done that in response to the forum gossip about the player. The agent stupidly replies and ‘here we go’. But, in my opinion, the people pumping the agent for information become part of the problem. As it happens I’ve no doubt the person asking if Le Fée was leaving is a mate of the agent who was asked to trigger the reply … … the whole thing just seems fake to me. I wouldn’t even be surprised if it’s a fake account, someone hacking it or whatever … … if the agent issues a statement or sues someone that wouldn't surprise me either. It’s just all becoming like Hello magazine
The play off final takes some unravelling imo. So much happened in that second half it was hard to keep track, even on 3rd rewatch Hamer going off completely changed the makeup of their midfield. We had nobody left to worry about springing the game for them anymore. Le Fee had more licence to play forward, and to be honest we had no choice at that time. He was excellent though in doing so. Wilder just lost hia focus second half, his subs were all over the place and they became really easy to olay against for me. Maybe the biggest change was Watson though. I thought he was everywhere. He won the inital ball for Mayendaa goal. He kept running at them and pushing them back. Then of course he did his thing. I could probably watch it all again and find other factors at play. But I dont doubt Elf played his part once inside.
I rate ELF, the quality was definitely there last season, even out of position. Too many big game moments to ignore. Tore Boro a new one, both play off semis and helped us control and win the final when dropped back deeper. I do agree the 10 position isn’t for him, I think he’s best suited to the 6, but looks like Xhaka will have that. I’m sure there will be games he’s more suitable for than Sadiki. Slightly surprised he’s in this situation given Le Bris faith in him, so rumours of managing his work load would make sense. I echo others sentiments about fans messaging agents - just a bit weird for my liking but when you get some playing transfers out in public like Ian Harte it’s inevitable.
Watched SSN earlier, they said that Liverpool up to now have spent around £269m but with selling Nunez and others they have a net spend of only £92m! Absolutely crazy
It’s baffling how many fans of other clubs don’t realise what net spend means, or choose to ignore it whilst claiming PSR is handicapping them. Seems to be the mags and Villa more than anyone - both of whom were in the championship within the last 7/8 years and have both qualified for the CL by spending massive amounts of money in a short period. Selling a £50m player and replacing him with a £60m player isn’t the same as just adding a £60m player to your squad and selling nobody.
Has there been a conspiracy theory invoked yet and does it involve Sartori selling the club to Red Bull?
Need to season to start so we can all start having meltdowns about our actual football ability rather than these made up “issues”
does that include the sale of Elliott as well? If not, they’ve barely spent any money. Loads of headroom.
