Still coming down from that. Un-****ing-real. Who had Ryan Manning coming on and saving the day? Incredible save from Bazunu, delighted for him. Got down low with a big strong hand which are things I've criticised him for so fair play. Hopefully a sign of things to come. Still were miles off where we need to be but that's to be expected and who honestly gives a **** after winning like that. UTFS
After what we had to endure last season, I think we can all understand that feeling haha. It's good to have proper football back!
Game of perspectives isn't it.i thought Frazer was good in the first 30 mins when we were up against it, but disappeared second half. I thought Robinson was promising but need more support which was not there for first 60
Robinson wasn't excellent, but his movement and composure on the ball for an 18 year old was good to see. A lot of the balls into the box for Downs and Stewart weren't great ones either, especially compared to the first half. I also thought Downs should of tapped in the Manning cross, but on the replay he gets a hand in the back from Coady just as the ball is arriving.
Absolutely and I hope that we kick on from here and get better. Didn’t watch Stills interview after the game, but I’m hoping he is of the opinion that we got away with one and there’s lots of areas to improve on
It's the first game of the season and against statistics we won both the first game and a televised game! Cheer up Lincs.2! It will be a long season but we all ready up to 50% of last year's win tally.
Enjoyable game to watch, and obvious a great turnaround at the end. Taking three points is always pleasing. But there was a lot wrong with today - both in terms of tactics and personnel. Hopefully Still will have learnt a lot. My MOTM was Charles. But ultimately Bazunu won us that game with his save. So fair play to him, very well done.
A rare opening day win. Lots of lessons to be learned for everyone at Saints, especially Will Still. A lot of improvements required. Signings need to be made. Despite all that, I'm just enjoying seeing Saints top of the league until the 3pm games finish.
If anything Lincs is Magic.2! I’m not down on the game, as you say it’s first game and all that and getting the win is crucial. Just don’t think we should be happy with the overall performance, lots to improve upon.

First of all, apologies to Jack for getting it wrong about the penalty - I genuinely thought it was him from where I was sat. And yes, he had a good game so fair play to him and he busted a gut to get up there for the winner so well done Jack! I hold my hands up when I am wrong and was horrendously wrong today!
