I’m really impressed with our new keeper. He stays calm on the ball, doesn’t panic under pressure from the opposition, and his distribution looks excellent as well.
Indeed. Kinda makes me wonder about the Masuaku signing a bit though. If Reinildo is robust I can’t see AM getting on the pitch much. All the talk about him not being up to much going forward looks to be hugely overplayed. Not a massive cost for the newer lad though, hopefully.

I honestly think Guiu will be first choice. Weve apparently agreed to a compensation fee to Chelsea if he doesnt play the required minutes that they want. Mayenda is very raw and very rash with his finishing at times and other times like we saw against Sheff Utd world class. He definitely needs intergrating into the team. He cant be a starter yet
Yep and this is the worry. Isidor is no better and Guiu is largely unknown. None of them haven’t really had a “prolific” season really and if we have a great midfield creating chance after chance but 3 strikers none of whom can put the ball in the net we are ****ed. Not to be too negative though hopefully it’s just pre season blues!
Can certainly live with the odd one or two, but we can’t be building a squad with 3 for every position. There’s probably something specific about left back I guess. Harder for a player to come in and do a job in case of emergencies. Half expecting we won’t see much of this lad though.
