Ajayi Hughes Drameh - for me, just shades Giles who worked hard both ends. CD will sleep tonight, those left wingers were at him the whole match.
Any of the back 5 for me but just pipping it; Hughes - quality and going to get better Giles - chuffed for the lad to show finally what he is about, solid in defence as well Ajayi - hope this bloke stays fit, his partnership with Hughes reminds me of Turner and Brown Drameh equally as good tbf and Pandur solid. Like the look of the physicality in midfield and with match fitness they'll get better. Wingers were hot and cold tbf and Joseph ran around a lot but couldn't really get involved. Slater really needs to do some extra minutes practising his finishing, just to see the ball go in the net tbf.
A good team performance and a well earned point . 1. Hughes - a battling Captains display . He was solid , robust and good in the air . 2. Ajayi - added experience at the back and he showed it . Used his height and long legs to good effect . 3. Giles - effective in defence and attack and got in some decent crosses . Well done boys . Come on City
