I have an idea, loan him to the scousers for £20m with no proviso for them to buy from us next summer, highest bidder gets him next season, does the loan rule apply in Europe as well ie can't play against us?:emoticon-0148-yes:

Let them? Please take this opportunity to explain what you think the super league is ?

You do realise it won't involve the big 6 leaving the Premier league don't you?

I'd take Jackson at that price tbh.. Players can do well away from clubs it didn't work out at.

Ultimately he's a far superior player to Osula and Wilson in his latter years.

His goal and assist record is quite good and general public opinion on players is usually incorrect.

Just to confirm we have a £120m+ player we can’t play, won’t sell and no other strikers? Quick check in one week from the season starting.

APT unlocking Saudi money,’what a load of bollocks. The Saudis might pick up the paper a week on Monday to check the score but outside of that I don’t think they give a ****. The worst thing is they likely won’t sell to avoid admitting defeat and we could end up in absolute limbo, not that we aren’t already. Absolute ****ing mess.

I've seen a few vegetables wanting pif out now. It's hardly surprising given this fanbases history, but really we've gone forwards at a fast speed, qualifief for the champions league twice and actually won something called a TROPHY.

A few little stumbling blocks appear this summer and they're wanting a different owner? You think a different owner would do better?

It's a total lack of understanding of the financial rules, their significance, the pecking order, and the challenge the project faces.

I don’t think they’ve done anything exceptional. Howe has.

    You're way off.

Results changed after the transfer window. If you remove PIF and give Howe the job we'd have been relegated.

    PIF with another manager yeah

    No PIF and Howe... ****e

It's actually an unbelievable take to suggest Howe is the main reason behind our success... It's Pifs money.

Actions? Did I imagine the last 3 years? The best 3 years as a newcastle fan in my life?

Is that a trophy and did he say that's the 1st and it wont be the last?

Are we in the Champions league again?

BTW I heard we would have signed Delap and Etikiye if Isak made his intentions clear in June.

Nonsense because Chelsea and Liverpool would’ve still signed them.

Don’t blur the line between what’s been achieved on the pitch until May 2025, and what’s happened in this ****show of a summer window, the two are separate.

Probably, but Newcastle tried and sooner or later a player will say yes.. You keep knocking at the door again and again.

You don't fold because your ego is hurt.

This goes back to what I said earlier, PIF need to **** or get off the pot.

All this waiting for APT2, waiting for Man City 115 ruling is all just bollix in my view. Getting round PSR and APT1/2 should be child's play to lawyers that Rueben and PIF have at their disposal. There is a lack on intent, or lack of wanting to rock the boat, or they are happy with how things are progressing.

Here's two ideas from a fan (me) that I thought up in 10 mins so imagine what a day of lawyers brainstorming could come up with.

    • Saudi Cup - Teams from Saudi And NUFC take part in competition in Saudi and participates get £20M taking part and winner gets £40M. Sponsored by Armaco for example. Do it every year and that's £20-40M in extra revenue.
    • 40 x £999k a year sponsorships from everything to pens, tractors etc. This is below the limit that PL can intervene
Thats £60-80M a year extra revenue that the PL and Cartel could do nothing about. Sure they'd kick up a stink but it's time the gloves come off, being the good guy and not bending the rules, gets you nowhere. They call us oil money club anyway, time to embrace it.

All of the above only takes the 'Will' to do it and that is where I think this falls down. I dont see PIF having the will to actually bend the rules or exploit loopholes. That is fine but then they should come out and reset expectations that we arent aiming to be No 1, we are aiming to be No 7.
