Have absolutely no idea what is going to happen this season. Heart tells me that nothing can be worse than last season; brain tells me that appalling PL team is perfectly capable of falling straight through the Championship. What we need is some stability. Constant changing of managers does not help.

Start season with win (something Saints rarely do) please.

I think I've mentioned this before, but I have a mate who had a grandma called Fanny. She married her childhood sweetheart and her name became

    Fanny Breeze.

    True story!

It's the day before matchday and an air of nervous trepidation crept across the city and beyond.

Brum v Ipswich will be a fun way to wet the whistle tonight.

Not sure what result I want TBH. Draw probably, Ipswich win probably more preferable to Birmingham.

A few red cards for Ipswich would do me.

And some of those injuries that keep them out for about say… 10 days!

Yeah, agreed. But if someone was to win I'd much rather if was Ipswich.

It's tricky. If either team convincingly win then they will be favourites and may believe their own hype. It may shock the other one to signings with 3 weeks of the transfer window remaining. Something like a 3-3 draw and they will both believe they are the next Man City. I'm going for a drab 0-0 and loads of injuries.

Yeah don't want Brum getting off to a flyer ideally.

    Plus they're a horrible bunch of ****s.

Watch the Prime documentary on them. It confirms that. Unlike the Wrexham one that has you secretly rooting for them.
