Wages and League status will win . If Sunderland and Celtic are going for same player , I’ll assume Sunderland will offer bigger wages and they will have one season in premier league to show on CV

However …

Glasgow or Sunderland to live !

<laugh>

Glasgow’s turning into a ****hole but still got attractive areas

Sunderland is a ****hole(based on a brief visit via Newcastle in 2002)
They’re both ****holes. Sunderland is going through a major redevelopment, at the moment. It’s not my city though, I’m only in and out of there for the footy. It’s looking a lot better, though.

Most players that sign for Sunderland live on the outskirts in places like Cleadon which are affluent or even further afield towards Newcastle.

EPL over the SPL is the biggest pull but yeah, I assume we’d nail you on wages as well. Oh and better players to play alongside and against. Safer for the kids too.

It’s a no-brainer.

Better players overall ? I’d take Celtic to beat Sunderland in a competitive fixture.

But the draw of the league .. . exposure to a wide audience , the hype and a chance to show off to bigger clubs , it’s a no brainier .

Wages … again, we stop at about 35k a week . There’s u23s in England on that ffs

Safer for kids - it’s no the 80s/90s anymore.

Any ****s associated with Celtic / Celtic BC are mainly dead , jailed .

Remember that Celtic also hit the post against Real Madrid in the CL.

So lets be fair and take all things into consideration <cheers>

I think on paper our players are better but if we played right now, you’d beat us for sure.

In a years time, once these new lads have all bedded in, I’d fancy us against yourselves.

Not sure what we are paying for wages, I think we are paying all of Guiu’s wages and that’s 50k. I reckon Xhaka and Diarra will probably be on more than that.

Collum - “just because he’s the head of RE at a Catholic school doesn’t mean he’s Celtic leaning”

Walsh - “just because he went to a Catholic school a stones throw from Parkers doesn’t mean he’s a Celtic fan, here’s a doctored photo of him wearing Sevco training gear”

Robertson - “just because he went to the biggest RC school in greater Glasgow and his schoolmates say he grew up supporting Celtic, doesn’t mean he’s a Celtic fan, plus Donald is a proddie name”

Mulvaney - “just because he’s been in photos on European away trips with the Bailieston Battalion, doesn’t mean he’s a Celtic fan”

Connor - “just because his dad played for, assistant managed and then managed Celtic, doesn’t mean he’s a Celtic fan”

That’s before we start on Fr Clancy.
What's worse is you continue to lay the blame of this conspiracy at the feet of each of your managers doors and sack them

The jock coefficient gets a massive boost this week

Two wins and a draw

Its a good start but will only start to make a difference if they actually get to the group stage, if Scotland can get 4 teams (5 seems very unlikely) playing group stage football and all earning points then it could be a massive difference.

If the usual happens and we only have 3 teams in the group stage, then we are already playing catch up with the countries around us in the coefficient table
