Could easily be based on advice from Counsel pre hearing to assess how to proceed and whether anything needs to be done in preparation for the next hearing.
We’ve done nothing, are doing nothing and won’t for the foreseeable. We might invest the money we’ve generated but there’s not going to be a sustained challenge. It’s not defeatist - but I look at the silence from Villa Park and Forest and realise we’re not alone.
The level of wrong with Jackson is off the ****ing charts. I think there’s a player there but a lot of guys on here think he’s ****. Ive no idea what the **** has happened to our club.
From Kieran Maguire, the authority on football finance: Follows a video showing Chelsea and City losses (100’s of millions) before the “rules”. PIF, and Villa and Marianakis, should tear the wallls down. Otherwise nothing will change.
I feel l said precisely this but in different terms only earlier today, only for @InBiscanWeTrust to lose track of what was being discussed.
It doesn't matter because the Premier league can just refuse it based on the size of it. They'd just sit on it like they did with the takeover itself. The PL accepts the deal or they don't basically and it's all % based allowances much like psr... Basically saying you can only have sponsors of a certain amount... The big 6 much more. It would simply be classed as inflated and rejected whether associated or not unfortunately. I actually suspect that's already happened/happening.
Sounds to me like levy, the very person that fought for apt2 is worried they'll be removed after being found unlawful, so he's started the media propaganda aimed at getting support for another set of rules. The most interesting thing is this brainless comment about state clubs or 'some clubs' having an unfair advantage.... Erm hang on you baldy ****!! That's exactly what we've got and what you're crusading to keep. Let everyone know when you want a fair fight yeah, or at least stop pretending we're already having one.
