If we need a win just get a ticket for my oldest lad. He’s not massively into football so just comes along very occasionally…his record though is outstanding. Prem League City 2 - 0 Leeds Prem League City 2 - 0 Fulham Champ City 6 - 1 Rotherham Champ City 4 - 1 Cardiff
When did we beat Leeds 2-0 in the Premier league?..We never played them in our 5 seasons in the prem? Just saying like.
Was that 3-2 at Bellend Road, then a 2-0 at the KCOM at Chrimbo......Evans, and Meyler with two quick 2nd half goals....
Was an absolute Mauling, should have been 4 or 5, even Warnock said it was men against Boys. and elmo having the leeds fans on strings , coming back on the pitch from the side and doing a back heel flick
thats one of my favourite ever games, aside from the obvious usual ones Like Wembley and Arsenal away . just remember sitting there enjoying every minute as we absolutely battered and took the piss out of them for 90 mins, like you say really should have been an absolute mauling, i thought Corry Evans was the new Iniesta rough day for the Hull Whites.
Tickets are still paper tickets, need to be collected from the stadium. What a Stone Age pile of ****e. E-tickets ought to be an EFL rule. Hope Cov go down.
Can any mods or anyone who knows how and can be arsed can we have a sticky of other teams most popular forums. I love a good nosey at what rubbish opposition fans think of us before and after a game
I can't remember the score, but when was the one when bostock scored at Leeds and we beat them! You Ull
That game was actually a 2-2 draw. It was autumn 2010 and it was just before the Allams bought the club. The deal was rumoured to be off that night and people were panicking about solvency etc but then the following morning it was back on again and pretty much done.
Thanks. Not sure why I remembered it as a win, maybe it was a good result (and my brain thought win).
Just listened to the gaffers interview on RHS, very straight forward and comes across very well. Interesting comment when asked about training, he said he gets his assistant to do most of the talking, because if he did it, then the players would not find his words as meaningful when he does speak.
Like the Coventry one? https://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/championship-clubs-forum-list.120967/ Their matchday thread is dull. Way too sensible.
