I’m just as miffed as probably everyone with what has happened at the club and the lack of recruitment of staff not players. The top two positions at the club have still to be rectified. Eales being poorly and Mitchell gone leaves Howe as the highest ranked person. And he can’t do it all on his own. We are hearing that Jamie R is trying to convince Sesko to come. Does anyone else find this a little odd? Questions need to be asked about PIF and the RB. They should have had Eales and Mitchell replaced months ago. Why or how did Mitchell do so much damage without it being reviewed quickly. People will tell me we are under restrictions. But PSR wasn’t an issue this window.
PSR isn't the issue. A lack of leadership is. Once Eales announced that he was stepping down a replacement should have been brought in immediately. As for Mitchell - It was obvious from the start that he was like a bull in a china shop. We need a CEO that leads and a Sporting Director that actually does what they are appointed to do.
I mean, has anyone of note actually reported he's going to Manure, or are we all just assuming here based on our previous rejections?

If Howe somehow irons out his propensity to blaze 7 out of every 10 shots over the bar or wide, with another 2 out of every 10 shots tamely tapped at the GK like it's an intentional pass.
I’m one of the few who seems to rate Nunez. I’d take £100m plus Elliott though. We’re light in midfield. Sick of the Isak saga now. The boats been rocked too much. Relationship between him, the club, teammates and fans can’t be repaired now. I want him gone.
I said this before and while we've missed out on Sesko this puts Newcastle probably at the front of the striker queue. Newcastle are trying for the top picks and unfortunately it hasn't worked yet.
