Rooney has always had a alcohol problem even when he was playing at his peak, 10 years ago when I lived in Alderley Edge it was a fairly regular sight to see him so pissed he could hardly walk. A modern day Gazza or George best
Saw something about Tom Brady (NFL star who is an investor in Birmingham City apparently) turning up unannounced at a training session and being shocked at how poorly it was being conducted.
apparently he's off the booze mainly now i wonder if being outside of football, playing or coaching is actually what he needs
Could be true. NFL seem to have about 4 coaches per player! Also he’s a notoriously committed and focussed trainer
FC Bullard LIVE 16 February 2026 UP THE PIRATES! ⚽ FC Bullard LIVE is hitting the road in 2026 and it’s going to be total carnage. Jimmy Bullard and Fenners take their chaotic podcast out of the studio to Connexin Live Hull Expect pure gold behind-the-scenes stories (the kind you definitely shouldn’t tell on telly), daft games that fall apart mid-round, mystery guests, live bol***kings, and top tier banter.Whether you were raised on Soccer AM or just miss the sound of two old mates down the pub talking nonsense about football, life, and who should’ve taken that corner in ’06 — this is your night. THE NECK ON HIM . Please don’t go ,let the tosspot have to cancel through poor ticket sales .
I watched the first one last night as well. Just came across as insincere, and like a lot have been saying on social media, it just makes the Wrexham one look better. The bit where they visited a pub, it was like they'd seen Ryan Reynolds do it and thought they'd better do the same, even though they didn't really want to.
Can’t stand Bullard or his ‘lovable rogue’ image. He’s actually just a weirdo and a tosspot. ****e patter too and now he’s on the podcast grift.
Used to like Fenners too Always spoke highly of Hull Why he’s teamed up with that ****er I don’t know
