Was the club in psr trouble though for the full duration ...probably not. This is what I'm saying and it's that Mitchell did his job under restriction and then left. Howe has said himself he found it difficult without Mitchell. The fact we only signed youth players doesn't mean what he said about recruitment was wrong.
