Actually fasting increases human growth hormone.... Tbh with you it's not fun.. No breakfast is pretty ****ing depressing especially at weekends

Too much say in the direction of transfers, influencing what can and can’t be done, who can or can’t arrive (ie PL experience only) . In matters he should be involved in - Isak - he hasn’t got a clue. It speaks to the confusion and mismanagement that permeates this club.
