Genuine question - has there ever been a situation at a club where a player has done what Isak has and come back from it? This bizarre notion that the club holds all the keys is mental, is that another Saudi ideal that's going to bite us in the arse come the new season? We have absolutely zero capacity to carry a frustrated Isak. I'd also spin it like this - where's Howe's "power" in all this? The just bumbles through inteviews with no clue what is going on with probably his most important player. "Ooh, I hope, I'd like to think" - it's weak. Can you imagine Fergie or Wenger, or even Pep, Nuno, or even Amorim whimpering on like that? The club's ****ed up, badly, by not showing any ambition and having a tin pot Bournemouth set up at a Champions League club. The Saudi's have ****ed up by leaving Eales and his terrible illness in place for an entire year. Eales himself has ****ed up with abysmal choices on DoF, promoting Andy Howe and allowing Eddie Howe to potentially dictate what we do. We should be counting our lucky stars it's only Isak trying to get out - but the second there's a murmur, it's disrespecting the fans, the club, the manager, so if you can't get him onside you get rid ASAP. Howe, the club, the Saudi's should be making a stand against Isak and his behaviour. Suspended pay, £140m price tag, no PL move. Get him gone to Real, Barca or PSG and move on.
He did nothing, Spurs were in the wrong and he very quickly signed a contract with Forest presumably with the clauses he needed. We could've done that with Isak but appear to have monkeys in the driving seat.
you have NO proof whatsoever what you are repeating is what others have said and I doubt they know 100%
Like when he initially lied about Isaks absense? also if there was another reason he could easily just say don't believe all the noise I've granted him some time off or something. Isak wanted the move.. He's either had a massive huff or he's trying to force the move and will continue to.
