That guy seems to hate us anyway, and he looks like a fat sweaty mess.

 

I don't understand. Surely these people actually talk to each other to negotiate terms, no? I can't believe it's some antiquated closed bid process where we send them a sealed envelope and await a response. Pick the phone up, or meet in person, agree a deal verbally and THEN put in a written 'bid' to confirm it. It can't be that hard, can it?
