Should be an interesting test for the new Ferrari - it’s one of Lewis’s favourite circuits, and Charles’ least favourite. But should suit the upgrade a bit more…

Although judging by FP1 (I know, I know) the McLaren is streets ahead.

Should be an interesting weekend. Feels like this might be Ferrari’s best chance of the year, but unfortunately for them it’s a strong McLaren circuit too.

Could be another psychologically important weekend too for Norris and Piastri. If Oscar wins he basically has a race lead in the championship and it’s the biggest the gap has been all year, if Lando wins he’s only one more win from basically zero gap again. They’ve both proven to be mentally pretty strong in this regard this year, but with a few weeks to stew on it and as the races start to run out I think it will become a bigger factor.

Wow, Charlie Boy gets pole, looked to me like the Mclarens tried to save a bit of tyre in the first sector so they could use it in sector 3 where it was letting go a bit.
Stroll beats Max, lol, fanboys gonna cry.

That one's got to hurt for Lewis. Phenomenal from Charles though, the great injustice of modern F1 that he's never given a car to match his talent.

So many people (particularly Lewis fans) underestimate how good he is.

I went for Charles on the basis I probably wasn’t going to get another sensible opportunity this year, but wasn’t expecting that!

Sauber out-qualifies RedBull, wonder how long it is since that happened in normal circumstances?

That battle is showing that new tyres aren't as good as track position, 1 stop could be the best plan.

I think those stints from Alonso and Lewis show Norris can make it to the end without too much trouble, whether Piastri tries or not is the question.

He's in, I think Lando has won this, the gap to LeClerc has grown slightly.

Lewis in the Ferrari must be getting close to being lapped by Norris before the end of the race

Charles not too quick on this set, unless he’s conserving tyres.
