Interesting. Probably Liverpool trying to keep the price down. Don't really believe it though. Pretty much everywhere else is saying they're about to come back with an increased offer. Apparently £80 million upfront, followed by £50 million next year and £10 million in performance-based add-ons. If so, that will hopefully be rejected too.
That was some Liverpool fan tweeting that. I suspect that we've told Liverpool our price and they have baulked at it.
Looks like there's not enough bins to dip into for them to get Isak this year... Coutinho was £145-150m so £150m is generous negotiation from us but don't think the dippers have it in them to spend that much. Now the question is how do you re-integrate him with the squad, staff and fans after a bit of a circus about all this?
Do not **** with PIF. They have more money than Liverpool can ever dream of. Al-Rumayyan will have told Liverpool to effectively **** off.
or to make some of our fans have a pop at Isak so making his mind up to move but Newcastle hold all the cards F.U.L.L. -- **** U Liverpool Liars
I reckon the red bin dipping bar stewards are hoping that Isak will completely stir the sh*t and try to buy his way out of his contract, These cnuts are professional sneaky dirty back stabbing tap up merchants.
It's exactly that. They didn't reckon on Al Rumayyan. He's a vindictive, nasty piece of work and it's ****ing brilliant. As if a little football club can rattle the Governor of the Worlds wealthiest sovereign wealth fund. They are amateurs.
