Keep your head down and make the right choices. It will be worth it in the long run when you have freedom of choice and the wind of change is blowing in your face. I have had a few things ongoing. Nothing too serious but that's limited my posting on here and on the internet in general TBH. It's definitely helped like, decided to lock in and get back to my training and eating well, beers only on a weekend, much less in total too. Been good though, positive at graft with new contract and dropped 17lbs in those 2 month. Down to 15.7 now so much more like it, and feel better for it. So if anyone is having a rough time or the if the internet continues to be full of mugs and it's absorbing your time to a detrimental effect, lock in and get back in the gym.

Constantly changing what I do in there doesn’t help mind, I love it when I’m there but hate the idea of going if that makes sense, clearing the head this weekend getting out to the match and about plenty steps in, back to it Monday no more excuses
My man. That's if. Get it. I have upset myself sometimes but 05.00, if I am awake. Get moving. Usually boxing for me but whatever works for you mate. Made a massive difference. All my bloods are perfect now, dropped 2 stone. Look at food different and don't head any excuses. Just urgency. Get it done. Not. Why Monday. Start tomorrow.
Going straight from work tonight mate, since I stopped playing rugby I’ve massively slacked off cos ‘I don’t have a reason to go’ I still get in 3 times a week most weeks but just go through the motions and my diet is awful, health is wealth and all that though, if I can work out how to upload a photo later I will, always says the files to large, must be me gut
