Anyway, finally the heat is being turned up on Netanyahu and his ethnic cleansing policies. Trump, Starmer, Macron and Carney have seen kids starving to death and Israel lying about the fact that nobody is starving and they too are feeling the heat for backing this psychopath for so long. Starmer in an emergency cabinet meeting today to address the humanitarian crisis in Gaza
MSF now coming out and saying that what they are witnessing is genocide. ‘An unprecedented humanitarian crisis is unfolding in Gaza. MSF is clear: We are witnessing Israel commit genocide’ https://msf.org.uk/issues/gaza-genocide An organisation that @Citizen Kane. said he respected, but is now likely to go on his discredited list.
I've said quite openly I'm against the way Israel has gone about things since the conflict resumed back in March. If there is grounds for genocide, I assume it would be under Article 2c.
Trump is as much to blame as Netanyahu, he'll try and excuse himself by saying he said kids have no food, too ****ing late fella, you went on a jolly to Scotland and then suddenly found you had a heart, please, more like a ****ing haggis... please log in to view this image https://news.un.org/en/story/2025/07/1165517
UK to recognise state of Palestine in September, unless Israel changes course, as per Keir on SKY News now.
Gwan sir Kier Overall his stance is that the UK will recognise the state of Palestine as part of the peace process. But I’m glad to hear him accelerate this stance and put pressure on Israel
Apparently he’s only become aware because he’s seen some footage on the television. That tells you everything you need to know about the people around him and what they are telling him. Somebody stick a tele in every room he goes in with footage of skeletal babies and their mothers being shot dead trying to get food.
He knew what was going, I don't doubt that for one minute. Ignorance of the law or what was going on is not a defence. When you are the President of America it is your place to know.
I'm not completely happy with what he's saying........to suggest the state of Palestine will be recognised if they don't change course is wrong for me, if you accept it exists 'if' means surely you are recognising the state in the context of whatever exists anyway.
Israel need to open the borders and allow the UN to get their trucks in. 500 trucks per day needed and that aid is sitting there waiting. **** this GHF nonsense, that **** needs binning off now. Israel crying about Hamas getting some of the aid, but at the moment none of it is getting to the people who need it. It’s just a free for all when the drips of aid get in, it gets looted by gangs and then sold on at markets for hugely inflated prices.
I think he does mean that a Palestinian state is accepted, but his policy has always been that it will happen as part of a meaningful peace process. He’s accelerating that process partly to put pressure on Israel and also because at the rate of destruction in Gaza means that there might not be a Gaza to speak of soon That said, I know what you’re saying. It should be either statehood or not, and it shouldn’t really be used as leverage
He along with his MPs will eventually kowtow to the threat of violence from a significant number of constituents if they don’t recognise Palestine. It would be a pitifully weak decision and continues the trend of there being no expectation placed upon the noble savages who will be in charge along with doing very little for the Gazan public. Rewarding terror while still being hated by the people you pander to. Solid work.
There was a graphic I saw the other day that showed how many deliveries had either been denied or thwarted by Israel. They need safe passage from Israel to enter and I think that’s where they are being denied from carrying out their deliveries. Also, Israel took command of the whole ‘aid’ distribution mechanism when they launched the GHF, with its catastrophic consequences for people trying to access aid
It’s not rewarding terror. The Palestinian people have a right to self determination. That is a fundamental tenant that underpins all of this The sooner Israel recognise that, the quicker everybody can move towards peace.
