We dont see teams like West Ham, Fulham, Wolves, Palace, Brentford etc bidding and that's because they are not in a position to bump up the prices like a septic team can

We then went champs league qualifying with a cup final, missing out on Europe coz city turned to **** the next year followed by winning a cup and qualifying for champs league again…….
