I think there are many many many people who agree with this. The problem is we have too many Bleeding Hearts who would whinge about proper justice.

This country is far too soft. We have a "crime" called anti social behavior which covers smashing up thelephone boxes and kicking peoples fencies in. This is not anti social, it's crimnal damage and should be treated as such with sentences to siut.

Mate you are taxed on living. Taxed on wages, taxed on housing (council tax) taxed on any alcohol you may consume, taxed on cigaretes if you smoke even taxed on food and clothes. I reckon at least a third of peoples income goes on tax and probably more in some cases.
See this is where i can get behind certain countries punishments. In certain places being a thief/pick pocket you can get your hand chopped off. Maybe a bit barbaric to us but "surgically removed" may be more acceptable and just as effective.
