Firstly I always said Crouch was a very good signing, secondly Palacious isnt fit so why would TP play him?, Thirdly I think I was the first one to suggest playing Shotton instead of Pennant because the latter hss been out of form And lastly I have no problem with Woodgate playing right back and I think he is taking a lot of abuse and becoming the new Collins. IMO WITH THE PLAYERS WE HAVE FIT AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME THAT WAS OUR STRONGEST 11 WHO WERE ALL PLAYED IN THEIR STRONGEST POSITIONS. Well what can I say. The journey was so much easier coming home with a win over a top side. I had just hoped for a point nothing more! A great performance and for me they were all heroes today. I have not seen the match again but have heard Arry's comments on the referee. A stat I saw was that the game had only 15 fouls and it really was end to end stuff. Best game I have seen this season. There were no bad tackles in the game and Ryan Shawcross is showing increasing maturity. Shame that Wilson picked up a silly booking. As Potts says the Swing Lo was immense and just for Arsene but in the first half I thought Spurs were ArseNIL in disguise! 2-0 to the Rugby team took me back to April against Wengers Whingers! Pennant was not missed with Shotts doing the simple thing very well. He is improving all the time! A great asset to the theam and the club! Now I want to say to Gerico and the rest of you Spurs bloggers, accept we won yesterday and although we were a little fortunate, Stoke played a full part in a keenly contested game. This is a minor minor setback for Arry and the lads and I hope you do very well for the rest of the season. I have great admiration for the way Spurs play. So don't feel agrieved that we are enjoying the moment. It may not last long as we are away at Wolves on Saturday after a short trip to Turkey on Wednesday!
