That's another hope allegation and nothing more. We don't know who said what... What I do know is what Mitchell said about recruitment and I think he would know enough to comment, that's it really.
What is? It was well publicised that he shouted off straight away. And no more of an allegation than your own allegation that Howe has too much control.
I'm not focusing on allegations I'm pointing out you are. I'm saying Paul Mitchell has seen what recruitment should look like and determined ours in not for for purpose, that's it.. I don't think he's this evil guy that came in being an arsehole I think that's an emotionally driven agenda thing.
Also the public criticism of recruitment as opposed to dealing with issues in house. Why? Also the public statement last summer that any transfer dealings had nothing to do with him. Why? What was he getting paid to do anyway? Possibly not a team player? Possibly empire building? Subsequent announcements by him with that in mind? No, I don’t accept self made evidence.
There's usually more than one reason for anything happening and there were numerous suggestions he was unhappy working with Howe and his nephew... Could be true or false. I believe Mitchell because his credentials tell me he might just know what he's talking about and since he left we're hardly seeing any signs to the contrary are we?
Howe can’t be happy with all this fannying around. The Saudis seem to have taken a back seat and let it all go to crap. Let’s hope he kicks a big fuss up behind the scenes.
The whys are irrelevant tbh mate because he's left. He's either right based on his experience or he's not and that's what I'm asking. I think he was probably right based on his credentials and everyone else is entitled their opinion.
I don't think you've understood that comment.I was highlighting your comment is here say and you don't know.
Mitchell probably saw how the summer would go and didn't want take the flak for lack of signings. Our recruitment team are useless. Saudis - I think they are more focused on their own league and the world cup now.
I think it’s probably somewhere between the two positions. Just because you’ve got the experience with one style of system doesn’t mean a different style is wrong. Mitchell, to me, comes across as a non team player and if it’s not his way then it’s wrong sort of person. To suggest EH wouldn’t know a good system is also extremely naive but that doesn’t make him right. As I said it’s probably somewhere between the two where the truth lies.
I understood, you blamed internal strife for Ashworth leaving when we all know he was tapped up and spent a year in his garden.
Either that or Mitchell was successful at other clubs and all of a sudden doesn't know what recruitment should look like. It's a hate campaign unfortunately and common sense has been lost. it's hardly unreasonable to suggest he was just right.
