Nufc should cease all comms with MEDIA on transfers. Announce that any news on transfers will come only via the club and so anything in the media is speculation or made up. Its time to end this media circus. Any contact with player or club should have the stipulation that any leak to media will mean termination of approach immediately. Control the narrative instead of what is happening now.

I don't think it's a coincidence that Ashworth left and since then we've had the worst recruitment team since Northern Rock. If Howe still refuses to concede full control, and if the clubs still got no pull after that, then Newcastle could probably improve their pull by bringing in a manager and coaching staff that's known outside of Bournemouth and Newcastle.
