What a performance by him yesterday. When he's on form, he can cause full-backs problems.

He has added intelligent to his game yesterday.

    Hopefully he keeps this up.

On his day he is a world class winger. He just needs to shoot more often when he gets a chance rather then passing the ball.

Valencia had a very good game yesterday and was one of our best players.

It was nice to see Valencia play well yesterday, he's been poor for quite awhile, but hats off to him for yesterday's performance. I hope he keeps getting games as Young has been mediocre for awhile now.

He played well yesterday no doubt, but I believe he has been poor so far overall this season. The thing that disappoints me the most with him is that he doesn't take his man on enough. He has pace to burn and so I find his constant cutting inside on his weaker foot frustrating. It's not that taking on his man should be the only option but for what ever reason he doesn't or hasn't been doing it enough.

True, Young so far has been very poor for us so hopefully he will pick up his form because he knows he has competition in the winger position.

Yup, I think part of Young's poor form is down to being used as a striker or more as a forward in a 433. He's more effective in a 442 hugging the touchline.

I personally gate when we use a 433, we always play like ****. IMO the only striker we have who can play centrally in a forward 3 is Berbatov. Rooney is better off playing with another striker, and Berbatov just doesn't fit the football we play.
