Terrible that. Was thinking we were playing a really high line, no one tracking the runner, keeper was awful.

 

will be 4th choice soon so not bothered about that. More bothered than neither Hume nor Ballard knew where that striker was.

Really poor from the lads at the back there. Keeper as well dear me. Can’t be caught out the easily

 

Tried to play offside trap a little poorly there but rather get that out the way in pre season

blondy terrible but will not start for us ever really

other than that I think we’ve started nicely. Our midfield covers a lot of ground and links up play so well, but most importantly passes are moving quick, they’re trying things that maybe don’t come off but will the more we play together

wingers could be a bit better for me but again will come with time

 

There’s a reason 3rd choice keeper are 3rd choice keepers…

 

Anyway - positives are the new guys have settled into the 4-4-2 shape nicely.

Not bothered about the defending or keeping as thats going to be sorted soon

 

We do seem to be playing a higher line in preseason, if the pressure isn't on the ball then the defence needs to drop deeper - theyll learn this so don't mind conceding a goal like that now
