    yeh I wasn’t complaining about our transfer situation. More stuff going on at home and I need cheering up. Diakite would do the job if I’m greedy.

    We’ve signed 4 players for 20m plus by mid-July and people are complaining that things are to quiet. We are truly in a Golden era.

    Igor Julio from Brighton is the latest CB to be linked.

    Sunderland have made enquiries for Brighton defender Igor Julio as talks with Real Sociedad are at a standstill. ️

    Bologna’s Jhon Lucumi has also emerged as a primary target for the Black Cats. However, the Colombia international is currently keen to remain in Italy amid interest elsewhere.

    yeh saw that in the Mirror last night. Not too keen on him. Lucumi would be great so a bit disappointing but understandable if he wants to stay in Italy

    He looked great in Italy. Is very comfortable in the ball but just not sure he’s strong enough or tall enough for prem CB

    I like the look of him, actually played more than I thought at CB for Brighton when I seen him was mostly left, seemed to only lose his place to injury

    If Cirkin leaves then Igor Julio would be a decent signing as somebody who can cover LB and LCB.

    Would help fill two roles and be the “second” centre back signing after somebody like Diakite.
