The problem we have is, the Hughes and Pandurs will have to pay for the likes of Sinik, Barry and the Josephs. Total mismanagement. You wait we will be paying someone to have Alzate next.
£2M for Jones would actually be great business for us but we can’t afford to sell any more midfielders to replace them with crap like Shelvey.
If good offers for Pandur and Hughes come in, then Acun will take them. But clubs know we desperate for cash, so they will only make low-ball bids to try to snap up a couple of bargains. I think Acun's nerve will be tested in the coming weeks.
If we're honest Jones did let us down last season a fair few times! Looked the shadow of the player beside Greaves.

They have both let us down countless times, Jones is better than Macca but 2m is perfectly justifiable to sell. I’ve seen Macca get torn to shreds many many times and Jones go completely awol without Greaves. I’d keep one of the two as an understudy but just because they are sturdy lads who have been with us awhile doesn’t mean they are untouchable imo.
