    We will need a CB to start the season

    Unless Seelt has an amazing preseason and Ballard stays fit but not sure I fancy them starting a PL game together

    Hopefully Seelt will be like Mayenda last seasin and become a key player quickly

    Out of these I'd have expected only maybe Cirkin to actually play in the first 3 games of the season, and his replacement is Reinildo. It's absolutely fine assuming no more injuries.

    Club update so presumably is. With Cirkin and Alese I’m hoping it’s just making sure they’re right. Both good enough to play a part. Would be surprised if it’s not a bit longer for Hjelde and O’Nien to be honest given their injuries.

    Many wealthy families live in Switzerland. One of them has apparently taken the bait at TSV 1860 Munich, or at least the Lions dropped a bombshell a few hours before the general meeting last Sunday: "As the parties announced on July 5, 2025, a Swiss family holding company has reached an agreement with Hasan Ismaik regarding the acquisition of his shares. The transaction is expected to be completed next week." The coming week is busy – will the final (official) deal and the presentation of Mister X come in the next few days?

    Curiously, it hasn't yet been revealed who is behind Ismaik's successor. Various companies have already been mentioned in the daily newspapers and, above all, among fans: from the Emil Frey Group to Liebherr AG. But one family has not yet been linked to 1860 – the heirs of former Adidas CEO Robert Louis Dreyfus. The head of the family died of leukemia in 2009. He left behind billions.

    His son, Kyril Louis-Dreyfus, inherited his father's passion for football. The online magazine "20min.ch" wrote years ago: "Father Robert was the long-time CEO of Adidas and, from 1996, the largest shareholder in Club Olympique de Marseille. The French club reached the UEFA Cup final twice. One year after his death, the club celebrated the league title, but in 2016, his mother, Margarita, sold the shares. Father Robert was also a shareholder in the Belgian club Standard Liège – the club's training center is named after him."

    The 27-year-old Kyril took over Sunderland FC four and a half years ago. He led the English club from the third division all the way to the Premier League. For Louis-Dreyfus, this is not only a success story, but also a tribute to his late father.

    The extremely wealthy heir is far from satisfied. Is Louis-Dreyfus also targeting the Lions, hoping to implement a similar model to the one he used at Sunderland FC? Anything seems possible these days at Grünwalder Straße 114.

    Ismaik himself is currently pursuing other avenues – he's opened a cafe in the world-famous Louvre Museum in Paris. The 47-year-old businessman from Abu Dhabi has probably had enough of football for now – but Ismaik definitely intends to remain a fan of 1860.

    Not like Cirkin and Alese ro get injured ffs.

    Both are a liability i wouldnt lose sleep if either left
