I messaged them via the Admin link on Telegram and it has come back as a “deleted account”. Yet, oddly enough, yesterday I received a partial sports schedule and like you, all references to them have now disappeared. I’m going to try emailing, on the email address they use when resetting passwords, to see if that is still active and see if I get a response. Edit:- email sent and in order to get their attention I have mentioned that my renewal date is approaching. Hopefully they haven’t deactivated the email address.
I have just signed in to Saintsplayer and hit the update button, which I do every day, and nothing is happening. Just have a RETRY message. Could you check yours and see if it’s working?
Same. I use the Smarters App as I have an AppleTV. I am logged on and can see that my account is active, but when I go to update content it flashes up 'invalid user' and hangs. To be fair I haven't used it since the last day of the season as I only use it for football, so I don't know when that started happening.
Mine was fine yesterday as I was watching the cricket and then the football. It’s just this morning that it hasn’t started up. Maybe they have been caught up in the “clampdown” that was being launched to stop IPTV.
Yep maybe. The positive is that if they have, then at least it has happened with only 3 weeks left on my sub rather than 11 months
Mine is due 11th Aug. I’m now looking through my local community Facebook groups for information on people who provide a similar service out here. True to form, when you want the information, you can’t find it.
Panic over. The channels are back on, so they must have been having an issue that they weren’t able to inform us of since they deleted their telegram account.
Saintsplayer For what it’s worth, the email I sent them at 09.42 BST has not been replied to, so unless they have changed their email address ([email protected] is the one I have been receiving emails from) they appear to be unresponsive/unreachable. I have 1 month of my subscription left, so will start looking for a replacement service over the next couple of weeks in case they don’t communicate soon.
Meh. It's a rule I agree with. I'd actually prefer multi club models to be banned outright though. The cup win is the real prize and in a way the ECL might be better. More random away trips and should reach latter stages.
Still, it is just another case of how modern football really is awful. Fans shouldn't need to worry about where else their owner has his money invested. I really do despise so much of the modern game. Very much agree with your point on banning multi club ownership.
Unfortunately it feels too late. Horse has bolted, and all that. But yeah, it's glaringly obvious that it never should have been allowed in the first place. I too hate it.
Yeah for me the big issue is how at the moment the rules are basically a bit of both. We're in this halfway place where multi club models are allowed but it then gets murky for European competitions. Not that we'll ever qualify again but imagine the reaction if we did and lost our cos Goztepe did as well
Yeah I do too in a way but I honestly think I'd rather Saints play in the conference than Europa. Some proper weird away days would be class and actually a decent chance of going far. Wish that competition was around when we were decent tbh.
Agree about the fact I'd rather be in the ECL than EL, but is suppose the point of issue is that this could well happen to a club. That have qualified for the ECL. In which case they would be removed from Europe completely rather than just to a different competition- now that would be awful for fans.
