How many appearances are we expecting Luke O'Nien to make in the Premier League next season? Excluding cup competitions, so we're purely looking at the 38 league games with points up for grabs and our survival at stake.
Don't think he will be started a whole lot unless injuries dictate he does. Still think he manages 25 games. Depends on the final squad obviously but I'm expecting two centre halves to come in and him still make plenty of appearances.
Hard to say until we known which CBs we buy but he's versatile and so hardworking and diligent he'll find away to get at least 20 games
Pleasantly surprised by the optimism shown on the poll, thought there might be a few takers for the 0-9 option and it's nice to see that isn't the case (yet).
Its actually pretty scary thinking Onien might play against Haaland. I hope we have a couple of new CBs in before then to save us the pain from having to watch it.
Assuming we sign Cresswell + one other , I imagine Luke will start 5 - 10 games at the start before one of the new lads takes over. Then he'll get a few late sub appearances, plus I imagine another 5-10 starts dotted throughout the season as injury cover / rotation. So 10-20 starts but easily over 20 appearances (inc sub) imo.
I'm actually looking forward to seeing 09 play in the premier league, he will give everything and I honestly believe he will suprise a fair few. I have picked 10 to 19 appearances, but wouldn't be suprised if he featured most games
Theres certain strikers i think he'd hold his own against. Haaland would be a disaster though. He'd be sent off before he even realise if hes playing against Haaland or Shaun Goater
