Or is the team coming good with injuries easing?

If Celtic are to spend, who much will be spent - £2/3 million ?

Or will it be loan targets?

Celtic should explore as many options as they can. The squad/team can always do with more options.

yes we need to spend. our centre halfs are ****e, our keeper is ****e, we only have two half decent strikers. we should not waste the opportunity to improve the squad. get rid of some of the deadwood ie all the players out on loan. punt samaras, i know he has played ok recently but we all know he will soon revert back to type. bangura looks awful and i hope i am proved wrong but we should give him a free just to get him off our wage bill, no way he is 22 either. I would also cash in on ki. i think he is a decent player but feel we could get 5 million for him and i cannot see him getting a regulare game the way wagamamma and kayal are playing

If we can get a keeper in then spend, other than that only for the right price which is usualy the summer.

Gordon is a good keeper - and an improvement on Forster in terms of ability

However he has fitness issues. Dont want to be spending a couple of million on a keeper for him to be on the treatment table.

If we can get him on a loan with a view to a deal if he stays fit

I think we can trade the like of Cha, Commons, Sammy if we are getting a good tall strong agile centre forward to replace them.
Commons is either injured too much or else does not get on with the manager. If he and Lennon or at odds, he Kris has to go.
I never beleived Sammy deserved the barracking he got from our "odd fans" and although he is playing well just now, maybe it is time to cash
in and get as much as possible. Walters of Stoke, looks o/k.

I don't think Craig Gordon would be an improvement on our present goal-keeper.
Our big goalie has not missed a game through injury for a season and a half.
Our big goalie was part of a record breaking clean sheets last season.
Of course defence and mid field all played a part, but surely he deserves some
credit. After conceding far too many goals they have all tightened up of late
and a good job is been done again by all.
Finally, I have seen far more of big Forrester, than Gordon but I have seen far, far
more clangers by Gordon. If we get a new goalie o/k please let it not be Gordon

One of my favourite Celtic goals was when Craig Gordon threw one in net for a 95th minute winner, we had equalised in injury time as well

Our present goalie isn't "our" present goalie.

But don't we have the option to buy him as part of the loan deal? I hope so!

I don't rate Forster ...He's not agile enough!

Gordon's had two broken arms - is that not a dangerous set of injuries to get for a GK!

I agree with Rebel, Celtic shoudl have went all out to get Westwood.

Celtic seemingly did go all the way to get Westwood, once a premiership team offers him the 30/40 grand a week , we had no chance of getting him .
