Tell that to the families of the dozens of male victims he bumped off. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Sorry but that wasn’t down to the Allams , two local players came along with real ability for the first time in years , it happens like tha That’s because they ran it like accountants do , ‘know the COST of everything’ but the ‘value’ of nothing .
You've been chewing that bone for a good 5 years now, hasn't it lost it's flavour yet? It's just so ****ing boring and It's eating away at you, can't you get them out of your mind?
you can pay if you need the information Hull City is owned 100% by the Netherlands company the Netherlands company is owned 100% by the Turkish company the Turkish company is owned 100% by Acun
After we lost Dan James to Swansea for peanuts because we didn't have a proper academy they rectified it by upgrading the centre of excellence so it wouldn't happen again. They also invested in the likes of Bowen. If they hadn't done that then firstly we wouldn't have had Bowen or the fee he generated, and secondly, the likes of KLP.and Greaves could easily have been poached by a club with an academy for nominal compensation.
Have you any experience of "accountants running a company"? John D. Rockefeller started off as an accountant many accountants have founded companies such as Nike for example
So the Allams can’t take any credit for the positives during their tenure? If the Allams can’t take credit for the improvements to the academy then Acun can’t take any credit for the improvements to attendances.
This is why it's pointless calling for his head. He can't get anywhere near what he's put in as the club is only worth that in his own head. So he can't just wave a wand and sell without a loss he'd be unable or unwilling at this point to stand.
In the Q&A he said if he sold he would expect to write the loans off I doubt he would write them all off
You could be right but Bruce pulled Bowen regardless of the academy and I do think the two Hull lads like a fair few here stay because it’s local and convenient . I agree that if we’d been able to look after James with an academy he might have stayed - but even at that level money must talk ?
Without the academy they would have been risking losing him for nominal compensation regardless of who scouted him. The Allams provided the infrastructure and sanctioned the fee.
It didn't need to talk because we didn't have an academy. If we had an academy we'd have had a negotiating position.
