    Yeah great. 4 million unemployed Mrs Thatch sending young men to their deaths, on some godforsaken rock, so she could win the next election.

    A year later, she made loads of servicemen redundant, some of them Falklands veterans, by closing Chatham dockyard.

    And I'm no Tory.

    Sure, the 80s had its social and economic difficulties, but it was also excellent for music, film, the arts and technological innovation. Overall, there was a more carefree, fun attitude during that era, and that's why nostalgia is so potent for many of a certain vintage.

    and who owns the hotels and houses that got the public money?

    this is why taxing the billionaires, while great in theory, achieves nothing in reality because its just more money to be stolen by the WEF puppets and friends

    where do you think the 12 billion african climate aid ends up? in foreign companies owned by the management class, their elite superiors dont even need money, they just put some digits in an account
