In an attempt to post something that is not all doom and ****ing gloom, also definitely sport related but not foot-****ing-ball, I’ve just finished the first series of “ Stick,” loved it. Roll on next season/series…….highly recommended!!!!

Watched King Richard on Netflix, about the making of the Williams sisters. It's a bit sanitised but a decent watch, the kind of film that makes my eyes water a bit.
Watched Hill on Sky yesterday, a documentary film about the life of Damon Hill, it was a far more interesting watch than I was expecting. Watched all three series of Departure on Netflix last week. I thought the first series was good, the second was okay but had a really cringe ending and the third one was fairly crap. If they make a fourth series, I won't bother.
Has anyone watched Bosch, the LAPD detective series? There's a new series which is a spin off starring Suzie Q I want to watch but I want to watch from the start. Bosch is in the new series as a back up not the main character.
Bosch is decent, read most of the books and watched the first 5-6 seasons but lost track of where I’d got to, so haven’t got back into it. Read a few of the ‘Ballard’ books too and enjoyed them, so would think the series will be worth a try.
I'm sure this has already been mentioned on here but I watched Jackal recently with Eddie Redmayne. Genuinely one of the best series I've ever watched. Proper edge of your seat stuff. Can't wait for season 2.
