I think they'll do alright this season as long as they keep their manager. Though it wouldn't surprise me if he got poached mid season.
More likely to get playoffs under Mourinho than relegation battle. However, I am not convinced Portsmouth will manage to keep hold of him.
Just seen on Saints web that there's no trains on the weekend of the skate game either. Suggest that reduces the chance of no bubble from 5% to 0%
By all accounts Leicester's first choice is Rohl and by a distance. However, the situation with him and Sheffield Wednesday means the situation is really dragging on. Getting Still in as early as we did is far more preferable to getting dragged into this saga. I'm saying this even though Rohl was my number 1 choice for the Saints job.
I agree with this. Whether it will have an impact next season, only time will tell, but they kick off the season 5 weeks today, have no manager in place with a pre season plan, back room staff etc. So it’s far from ideal, and definitely gives the rest an advantage at this stage, as the longer this drags on, it gives less time for the new manager to implement his style and ideas.
