Even Simon Jordon is saying it’s unfit for purpose. And that says something. The PL brought in the rules around sponsors and related parties straight after our takeover. To hold us back.
Vlahovic becoming a free agent after Juventus signed Jonathan David. Worth a punt as additional striker option?
Yes. We probably wont though, as Juventus have been paying him a higher wage than we'd be willing to offer.
We’ll get there eventually but for clubs like Wrexham, Birmingham etc trying to progress up the leagues with ambition it shows for what it is and that’s to protect the established order which is quite funny when one of them is considered spurs who do **** all, and literally managed a decade around 4th and 5th and nothing previous to that.
Again? Last time I looked M’Buemo was still a Brentford player and they’ve started getting cold feet on the deal.
Isak got far more goals last season than DCL has got in the last 4 years combined. Should fit right in with sharp shooters like Hojlund and Zirkzee.
I like you and I'm glad you post over here but cannot trust your numbers after you claimed we were lucky to get Champions League football in 22-23 ("because other teams had bad seasons") even though the points total we got was enough to achieve that in most of the previous seasons (I think it was 14 in the previous 17 seasons) and I'll point out it would have been enough in both the seasons since too. It just kind of speaks to seeing the league through the subjective lens of a fan of your own team rather than with objectivity. It's normal and fitting for a football forum but when I tie it to some of the strawman arguments going on over the past few pages I can't really respond in a serious manner.
Dont remember saying it but if I did I inagine was more context around it but I’m sure you’ll be able to provide further details Edit - just did a search of whole forum and my posts with word lucky in it and had about 5 posts around 2022 come up none of which saying that you were lucky to get CL football. Again be handy if can point me to the post and thread
Cheeky ****er. Liverpool have recorded pre tax losses of £57m in each of the last 2 years and he’s harping on about living within a clubs means
