Hamilton burning his slicks up trying to catch Hulk with another fastest lap with 5 laps left but had an off and then lost another 2 seconds
Ok so rainy day but has anyone else noticed that Sauber/Stake are getting a bit faster - they need to with Audi next year?
He didn’t do it on pure pace, but was winning his home Grand Prix could be huge mentally for Norris and his championship chances. I’m interested to see some details as to what Piastri actually did to see if the penalty was deserved. If it was it’s potentially a significant error in the championship fight.
A penalty was probably fair, we'd already had one car drive straight into the back of another due to lack of visibility. 10 secs a bit harsh, but the stewards have a sheet that outlines what penalties you get for which infraction, so don't really have much leeway iirc.
Sutil now holds the record for most races without a podium, Yuki the only current driver in the top 5, closing in.
