Getting a Thai takeaway this evening, not had one in ages and a new place has opened up. Proper posh do tomorrow. Was given a £100 gift card for a local restaurant for Christmas, going tomorrow with with Mrs Chief. Wil try to post pics of all of this ****.
Breakfast this morning was beef Panang and Chicken curry red, mixed, on sticky rice. Lunch was green Chicken, also on sticky rice. Couple of spring rolls. All excellent. Turns out all too hot for my eldest, so he caned the Pad Thai and there was plenty of the rest leftover. Great new place down the road, will go again.
Took one hurried pic. Cote de Beuf, confit tomato (or something) lettuce, pepper sauce, million times cooked chips with parmesan, and truffle drizzle. Rioja. Being facetious, but it was very good, and not that expensive. The two women had small plate tapas stuff that was also equally good. Had a Negrono to open up and sticky toffeee pudding for afters.
